18 Students Complete 6-Week Training at Taiba Hospital as Part of LOYAC Summer Internship Program

Taiba Hospital proudly provided professional and hands-on training to high school and university students during the summer as part of our commitment to fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals. In collaboration with LOYAC, 18 ambitious students participated in a comprehensive 6-week internship, where they gained valuable experience across various departments within the hospital.

This program was meticulously designed to offer students a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, introducing them to the essential principles of the field while developing their professional and personal skills. The training also aimed to instill a strong sense of responsibility, as the students were entrusted with real tasks, preparing them for future careers.

The internship program is a vital first step in helping the new generation transition into the workforce, guiding them in making informed career choices. By participating in this program, Taiba Hospital not only contributes to the professional growth of young talents but also supports the broader vision of creating a well-equipped, future-ready healthcare workforce.

Throughout the six weeks, the students were immersed in nine different hospital departments, including Patient Experience, Facilities Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, People Acquisition, Biomedical, and Contact Center.
